Ahilik Teşkilatının Halkın Eğitim ve Öğretimindeki Rolü

Ahilik teşkilatı daima toplum yararına hizmet yapmış sivil toplum kuruluşlarının en eski bir modelidir. Bu teşkilat üzerine yapılan araştırmalarda daha çok kuruluşu, yayılışı, gelenekleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Oysa Ahilik halkın eğitilmesinde önemli hizmetler yapmıştır. Ahilikte eğitim şarttır. Eğitimin amacı ise nitelikli insan yetiştirmektir.Ahilik teşkilatında eğitim alan genç, teşkilattan öğrendiği meslekî, dinî ve ahlakî kuralları uygulayarak halk içinde örnek şahsiyet olmuştur. Ahiliğin amacı da öğretimle üreten, eğitimle de asil bir toplum oluşturmaktır. İnsanlara için hizmet üreten Ahilik erdemli kalabilmeyi bilmiştir. Erdemin olduğu yerlerde eşitliğin özgürlün, insan sevgisinin, adaletin de olacağı bir gerçektir.Üç bölümden oluşan çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde Ahiliğin tanımı, kurucusunun hayatı ve tarihi gelişimi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Ahiliğin teşkilatlanma şekli, sınıflandırılması ve nitelikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise Ahiliğin meslekî eğitimi, ahlakî eğitimi, halkın eğitimi ve kullandığı eğitim metotları konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. Ahiliğin kullandığı eğitim metotları anlatılırken günümüz eğitim metotlarıyla ortak yönleri çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Görülmüştür ki Ahilik Teşkilatı doğru metotlar kullanarak halkı eğitmişlerdir.

Ahilik/Trade Corporation is one of the oldest model that has been serviced to public benefit as davalı civil society foundation. At the researches about this foundation,mostly its establishment, generalizing, its traditions have been considered. However, Ahilik/Trade Corporation had given important services to train the folk. Education is indispensable at the Ahilik/Trade Corporation. The objective of the Ahilik/Trade Corporation is growing qualified people. The young who were trained at the Ahilik/Trade Corporation should compose a model person through implementing the vocational, religious, moral rules among the folk. The objective of Ahilik/Trade Corporation is to compose through education an elite society who produces. Ahilik/Trade Corporation who produces services for the human has kept staying moral. It is a fact that where there is moral, there is equity, freedom, justice, human love. Our study composed three sections. At the first section, data about the description, life of founder, and historical development of Ahilik/Trade Corporation have been given.At the second section, the organizing, classification and qualifications of Ahilik/Trade Corporation has been considered.At the third section, we considered the occupational education, moral education, folk education, and their used training methods of Ahilik/Trade Corporation. While telling the training methods of Ahilik/Trade Corporation, we tried to compare those methods with today education methods and we tried to find out common points. As it is seen, the Ahilik/Trade Corporation has trained the public through using right methods.
